QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTIONS
Receive regular quarterly distributions. This Fund is designed to provide regular distributions although these will be limited until the Village is self-funding.
CAPITAL MOVEMENT
Your investment is linked to the average unit price within the Peak Living Blenheim village. As the village develops and property values increase, so does your capital value.
PEAK BENEFITS (OPTIONAL)

Peak Living Blenheim Retirement Village
Peak Living Retirement Villages capture a new design concept of “a Community, in a community, in a community.” The community of Blenheim, the community of the Peak Living village and then the community of the new hub design of six villas in what we call resident pods.
The new pod design provides a more private space with their own central courtyards and gardens with plant species in keeping with the local Marlborough fauna. The Village will be located right at the heart of the local grape growing country next to Mount Riley Vineyards.

Stuart Bilbrough is the founder of Peak Living and the driving force behind the fund. With nearly 15 years in CFO and CEO roles within the retirement sector, he understands first-hand how demand is shifting and why current village models no longer fit everyone.
A New Zealand Chartered Accountant with an MBA (with Distinction), Stuart created Peak Living to give future residents and forward-thinking investors a new option. While the fund’s core purpose is to support development, the broader aim is to give people more choice, and control, over how they plan for later life.
While Peak Living is the Manager of the Fund, we are fortunate to have engaged thirty plus year industry veteran’s and experts, Bancorp New Zealand through their Bancorp Wealth Management Limited team as the Fund’s Administrator. Bancorp is a leading independent investment banking and financial advisory group headquartered in Auckland.
And as the Fund will be operated under a Trust Deed, it is proposed that the Trustee and Custodian of the Fund will be Public Trust. Public Trust is a Crown Entity whose independence is guaranteed under the Public Trust Act 2001.

Peak Living Management Limited being the promoter intends to apply for registration of the village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in or around mid 2026. We are unable to make any offers of occupation in the village to the public at this stage.
